The fine print.

01How is Raon different from a normal agency?+
Most agencies sell you a dream and a big bill. We build websites and tools that do their job from day one, and we care about results — not how many people we can put on a project.
02Who actually owns what you build?+
You do. Always. Once we’re done, you get full ownership of the code, the accounts, and the systems. No hidden fees or "renting" your own tools.
03What does it usually cost to work with you?+
It depends on what you need. Simple websites start from around £500, automations and AI tools from around £1,000, and bigger apps are quoted on scope. Ongoing support starts from £75 a month. Either way, you get a clear fixed price after a quick chat, and we stick to it.
04How long does a typical project take?+
It depends on the project. A simple website can be ready in anything from a few days to a couple of weeks; larger apps and systems usually take 4 to 10 weeks. We’d rather get something useful live quickly than make you wait months for a “big reveal”.
05How do we stay in the loop during the build?+
We’re big on transparency. You’ll have a dedicated Slack channel or regular email updates (whichever you prefer) and a weekly check-in call to see the latest progress.
