The fine print.

01How is Raon different from a normal agency?+
Most agencies sell you a dream and a big bill. We build websites and tools that do their job from day one, and we care about results — not how many people we can put on a project.
02You’re a newer studio — why should I trust you with this?+
Fair question. You work directly with the developer building your project — no account managers, no juniors learning on your time. The price is fixed and agreed before any work starts, you see real progress as we go, and you own everything at the end. Lower rates than an established agency, and none of the risk sits with you.
03Who actually owns what you build?+
You do. Always. Once we’re done, you get full ownership of the code, the accounts, and the systems. No hidden fees or "renting" your own tools.
04What does it usually cost to work with you?+
It depends on what you need. A full custom website starts from around £1,000, automations and AI tools from around £1,500, and bigger apps and systems are quoted on scope. Ongoing support and maintenance starts from £100 a month. Either way, you get a clear fixed price after a quick chat, and we stick to it.
05How long does a typical project take?+
It depends on the project. A simple website can be ready in anything from a few days to a couple of weeks; larger apps and systems usually take 4 to 10 weeks. We’d rather get something useful live quickly than make you wait months for a “big reveal”.
06How do we stay in the loop during the build?+
We keep it simple and transparent. You’ll get regular updates by email or a quick call whenever you want one — whatever works for you — and there’s always something real to look at, so you’ll always know exactly where things are.
